After years of cooking with my cast iron (which I love) and weak non-stick pot / pan (which I hated) and Hand Me Down mismatched pieces (which I also hated lol) I finally decided to treat me, a new full set . I had no idea what they are buying. There are so many ways, non-stick, hard anodized, stainless steel, copper, etc. I searched the internet for facts, preferences, recommendations and opinions. I searched and searched for months. Finally, I decided to try to make stainless steel. Ihappens in this kitchen / dining room together. It seemed everything I tried. Nothing that relates to the use of pieces, but if you like the place / spot (I Have some isms "Monk" about such things) a slight pinch BK'sF takes stains out of it. I had set asAugust and all parties seem new. Two other things about maitenance. First, every two or three months "season" the nonstick pans should be a little 'cooking oil. Add a teaspoon or two and wipe with a damp soft paper. Secondly, I heard some say to use non-stick spray in their pots. From what I read and says that is not a good idea, with each piece of stainless steel. This leads to an accumulation seems that the damage over time within.
