The container is beautiful, crazy cooks evenly and is very easy to clean. I mean exactly like the instructions when you order the glossy, use Barkeeper's Friend. The handles stay cool enough, but use a potholder when lifting lids! And 'the last cookware you'll ever need, and it seems that for many, many generations. The set of 14 pieces includes some really great pieces that almost certainly satisfy any need you may have in the exotic culinaryFuture. Perhaps you have a view of the insert steamer always double boiler, 4 qt saucepan with the cycle (three qt lid fits too, then ship), maybe a couple of smaller pieces, like a small pan / pan Saucier / butter Fuser and of course the huge soup pot / steam / cookers. We have this set for about 4 years of ownership and our set looks almost brand new and the layer of copper seems certain to Purty. First, if you buy to get all dressed Barkeeper Friend (BF) on the same day, I thank you for the first time to clean the pots and pans. BF makes cleaning a breeze and not too aggressive (NOTE: Do not use abrasive products such as AJAX or scotch brite pad on AllClad) holds pots and pans looks more and more important, what keeps the inner surface of cooking clean and smooth, so less stickis a problem, this is crucial for any conscious cooks thin (I use a ton of fat when cooking, so no problem for me: O). This is not a revision of BF back in the pot! Buy your second, if you do not already have with wood or bamboo, metal pots ever. You can get away with it when you gently, but scratches on the inside of the pot will cause food to stick, especially if you cook with less fat. The pots and pans to cook evenly and are veryrespond to changes in temperature to the burner, the very nice when you cook something that is temperature sensitive and delicate. I do not recommend is the cause of "blackened" dishes, cooking with hot oil or hot by itself. Say are difficult to clean after cooking … blackened halibut. I'm not a fan of nonstick cookware, after I 400 from off-gassing the degree would be our parrot (as can be detrimental to kill us?) Found, for the high temperatures that the boiling pointMy All Clad is not great, is good ole enameled cast iron. Another nice thing is all dressed up, the long handles stay cool grip but lower secondary / s can be very hot, then you should use a mitt for those. The lids fit well and make a good seal, shall be forwarded to steam, but not too much. I wish all coated glass and should include at least see through lid with stainless steel ring on the outside, so you can see through him, but still in good shape, Ias a composite received on the lid, which process is not too hot, but for whatever reason, this was an oversight on their part. Everything was good – very well packed arrived, and I chose the set of 14 pieces, because I guarantee coverage for all that I wanted to do. I thought the pasta and the vegetables steam steamers were only new, but last night I had the pasta steamer for the first time, and there is water seeping into my stove. When the water boiled, pouredthe gap between the boat and where it fits into the pot. At the end of the evening I had to remove all the burners and clean, because I was under water – dangerous for an electric heater. I'm not sure how to resolve this problem.
But even if they are not dishwasher safe, are easy to clean! ROCKS non-stick surface, making cleaning an absolute breeze, and greatly reduced when using oil and butter. The only drawback is that it handles very hot.

We have established a RevereWare was about 10 years and is divided. I searched and found the 14-piece Cuisinart Chef's Choice adapter set for our needs. My wife wanted to put a steel, but was hesitant to speak with any difficult cleaning and burning of food. This could not be further from the truth with this set. We used every day for about a month and have no problems with "clean-up or burying food. I use a gas stove and have no problem with heat or controlpropose the use of "medium" heat setting as the other posts. We plan in advance if a simmer to a boil, because it takes time to let the pan cool. Every dish I have ever used the water becomes hard water stains from cooking and this is a sore point with me. The only concern I have is that the amount made in China and was not aware of that at the time of purchase. I ask that the Cuisinart a written guarantee that materials and not only covers manufacturing defects. It 'wasevident from the recent news that China has a long tradition, with / production of toxic chemicals (melamine in baby food and lead paint in toys for children for example). I hope that Cuisinart is to ensure that stainless steel is used and not really a beer with other toxic heavy metals. I would recommend this set for those who want a good stainless steel set for a good price.

A bit 'of history (you can skip if you like): My parents bought for me when I moved from college dorms and in my first "real apartment. It' was great, but of course the students have done a lot of cooking anyway, so they were mostly sleeping in my closet, little used. Then I graduated from college and my first real apartment (as in, without a roommate.) Naturally produced Farber came with me . I'm still the same, and although I have not allthe same problems with the auditors are other (paint flake, stick to come out?), I'm not sure if the way goods Farber These pots and pans in the last three years doing has changed or what not, but my contribution will remain the same .
My brother has recently received these also, when he left the house a few weeks (one man, 19 years will probably spend much less than me … maybe I will say here and write if / when horrible!)
Pro –
Since this is my first one set of kitchen utensils, I had problems with one on almost every day (I'm single, give me a break!). The non-stick part of each pot is still in tact, and has never broken on 'off' most my food.
According Normally, I watched the kitchen, because some strange people in a faraway land where hot pockets had not been invented. However, I found that the use of these pots and pans (especially the Food Network channel, asproperly boil an egg), I think these are great for the beginner chef who does not have an overly complex, which would only confuse and overwhelm anyway.
Raise the third largest in the dishwasher / soak in the sink – if you stuck a bit 'of food (eggs shall be such an angry always crunchy), they are completely safe, soak for a while'. The only (again, so sue me), I sometimes leave the dirty dishes soak for a few minutes … Hours … Max 24 hours, butor get clean and nothing is so far the stick is damaged (not soft or delete anything).
CONS –
First, like many, many other reviewers have said that the color on the bottom of each pan has begun scaling (or, now, is completely gone). I suspect that this will happen one day, all the pots and pans, because the bottom of the pan is in direct contact with the electric coil of my very hot oven, the color black to wearYears (only the bottom of the pot, but the black is still intact on the sides).
According Cheap plastic free kitchen. The set comes with a cup of cooked very cheap plastic that you just throw away the first time you get these pots and pants. Mastic is probably worst of all, I use as Stir Spoon last resort, when I spent the rest. Buy a separate plastic cutlery, along cheapo!
And I do not think this is a pro with it,However, there is something to keep in mind. Farber has produced clearly on the side of the box that all covers are interchangeable, but they forgot to mention, "but one". The largest pan has no lid. Yes, I tried the cover for the biggest pot, but not good. The cover for the biggest pot adjusts the smaller of the two pots, but does not correspond to the largest.
No big deal, just remember a big mouth for the cause, if you understand, or I buybought a pan with a lid and just use "supersize big lid on the pan to cover this amount.
Conclusion: who is this kit good? Starter Chefs (buy a cap to large wide frying pan, why not have one, and a different set of kitchen utensils made of plastic, as this fragile). College students (works well, as such). I can not for anyone, this series has been used to talk but has done wonders for me!
