If you buy this cookware Amazon, be aware that the price fluctuates wildly. When I started shopping for this cookware, I've seen from Amazon in the price of $ 300. Some time later, the price rose to $ 190 then came back up to $ 200. Finally, I bought the set for $ 181.52 on 12/09/2008. A week later the price dropped to $ 155.73. I could get a matching price. Today, as I write this review, is the price at $ 348.30.
I like the pot. Allfeels high quality, with the exception of the knobs cover. I can not understand why it is so cheap feeling knobs lid on what is otherwise an excellent cook regulated. In addition to these regulators, is the same feeling that the $ 2,000 that you see at fairs. But given the price I paid and navigation, the pot is a very good value.

We have established a RevereWare was about 10 years and is divided. I searched and found the 14-piece Cuisinart Chef's Choice adapter set for our needs. My wife wanted to put a steel, but was hesitant to speak with any difficult cleaning and burning of food. This could not be further from the truth with this set. We used every day for about a month and have no problems with "clean-up or burying food. I use a gas stove and have no problem with heat or controlpropose the use of "medium" heat setting as the other posts. We plan in advance if a simmer to a boil, because it takes time to let the pan cool. Every dish I have ever used the water becomes hard water stains from cooking and this is a sore point with me. The only concern I have is that the amount made in China and was not aware of that at the time of purchase. I ask that the Cuisinart a written guarantee that materials and not only covers manufacturing defects. It 'wasevident from the recent news that China has a long tradition, with / production of toxic chemicals (melamine in baby food and lead paint in toys for children for example). I hope that Cuisinart is to ensure that stainless steel is used and not really a beer with other toxic heavy metals. I would recommend this set for those who want a good stainless steel set for a good price.

After using a non-stick cookware Circulon anodized aluminum to set age, I thought it was time to change. After much research and reading numerous reviews, I decided to go myself with this 7-pc Cuisinart Pro Multiclad, since all essential parts that I need. The set of 12 pc would be too much for me. Right out of the box, I was impressed with the quality. It looks and feels expensive. Steel is heavy gauge and the handles are mounted enormous.
The construction panelsseems to work well as the heat of the pan very quickly. Since I regularly scrambled eggs, I decided to shell out an extra sixty U.S. dollars, the non-stick included 10 "pan, making cleaning every day to get much easier and faster. I tried scrambling eggs in including non-stick frying pan and give the eggs stick like crazy and it took some 'cleaning up. I was a bit' surprised to see the deposits of water (numerous small round spots) on the bottom of the pots when boiling water forfirst time, and spills out. I had to use Bar Keeper's Friend scrub off the stains. After many, the stain seems to be back, but greatly reduced. Since I have never cooked with stainless steel front, I do not know if that's normal.
I spent some time closely examining a series with all my much more expensive Cuisinart dressed in a BB & B store. The All-Clad is made in the USA (Cuisinart is made in China), to reflect the difference. The thickness and the generalConstruction between the two seem very similar. However, if I just looked, the All Clad is noticeably better finished (the brushed surface is almost perfect, while the Cuisinart is a bit 'uneven). The largest, handles All Clad plates not feel comfortable in my hands relatively small. The All Clad missing the lip on the edge of pots, so I drop the liquid bottom of pages easier to imagine the merger.

First, the price this is a real serious investment.
Secondly, there is a real value.
I used the set for about a month and it's all there is to be broken.
It heats quickly and evenly, holds heat well. It fits into small spaces. Runs the field well. Great elevation on the handles. Intelligent Design.
It allows me to better and faster to cook. For example … has a simple mustard chicken tonite. (Herbs white wine, Dijon, garlic, distributed blah, blah).He went into the pan on the stove, then bake for 30 minutes. He went out again. You pay quickly, and the reduction in the same pan fried in some califlour and it was perfect. All in about 40 minutes from nowhere.
With my previous order, would be a three pots meal … more cleaning.
IMHO is the same as all dressed, but better with a sexy look and a bit 'cheaper design.

January 2010: We have our 13 piece Calphalon Tri-Ply pots in a traditional style in August 2009. I have read all the reviews of other brands such as Cuisinart, All-Clad, Le Creuset, Emeril's Pan and the earth, etc. I thank everyone for their support, because it makes my decision much. We wanted the stainless steel top-style, because the votes obtained on non-stick cookware information that must be replaced after several years due to wear of the coating. We wanted it to last for many yearsNo worries for our value for money. I could not be happier with this set — has everything you might need, it looks so beautiful, great cooks and cleans easily. We use it for 5 months and love everything about it. I took care what people say about them cleaned and made sure to read the manufacturer's instructions for assistance. Online Someone gave an overview of the treatment was very helpful as well. I use a Dobie pad and / or Bartender's Friend's how new and cleaneach use, wash and dry immediately after washing in warm water and soap. If something sticks, like scrambled eggs, I let the water soak or put in the pot and put it on the stove to boil slowly and it is right. The handle is very comfortable and it's nice and heavy, without much cover love to see and easy to look for. I never thought that I ever Calphalon pans because of the costs, but online has helped there too …….. We went to Bed Bath &Moreover, while it was on sale and we used our 20% discount card in the mail that we received for the sale, we have a bonus of $ 50 for BB &B; more as a bonus, we have a large indoor warehouse / pot [I think 4 liters] for details and a towel and a spoon in the box! As I was leaving Bed Bath & Beyond, I felt as if it were Christmas! The $ 400 set after the sale, with coupon and deduct the amount of $ 50 Gift Certificate [we later] on a food processor used about $ 260! You just can not beat thatI was so happy, can not afford.
